Built by a solo founder for real seller workflows
I'm building WatchSalePrep around the annoying parts of preparing watch listings: missing details, reposts, relists, timestamp notes, and handoffs to helpers. If something in your workflow is slow or repetitive, I want to hear it.
- Request a feature that would save you time
- Share an annoying listing-prep step
- Tell me what would make this more trustworthy
Seller Inbox Filter
Coming soon
Route repetitive buyer questions somewhere other than your Reddit inbox.
After you post a watch listing, send interested buyers to a dedicated inbox. WatchSalePrep would answer routine questions from your approved listing packet — condition, box/papers, links, service history, shipping, payment, and timestamp notes — then escalate serious buyers back to you.
- Routine Q&A from your listing details
- Low-signal buyer filtering
- Escalation for serious offers
- Seller-controlled final decisions
Not escrow, authentication, payment handling, buyer protection, or automated negotiation. Seller remains responsible for all sale decisions.

FAQ
- What counts as a listing generation?
- Each successful listing generation run in the app counts toward your monthly limit. Failed runs do not count. Skips when nothing changed may not count—see billing usage for your current tally.
- When do monthly listing generations reset?
- At the start of each UTC calendar month, independent of your Stripe billing cycle date.
- Can I review the listing before posting?
- Yes. The app prepares drafts; you are responsible for final review, corrections, and compliance before you post anywhere.
- Are helpers available on every plan?
- Saved helpers and packet email handoff are included on Dealer. Starter focuses on your own prep workflow and saved defaults.
- What if I need more volume?
- Move up a tier for a higher monthly listing generation cap. For billing changes, use Billing & usage after you subscribe.
